DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
All damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order, original
packing box and damaged goods must be kept for possible return to supplier. No
returns will be accepted without a return authorization number from our office.

SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped by Canpar, (we have preferred rates with Canpar)
We ship by Canada post only when your location is not serviced by Canpar
or if Canada post rates are cheaper. We generally ship within 24 - 48 hours of
receipt of your order.
ORDERING/PAYMENT INFO
Orders may be placed online using the cart or faxed to our office 250 -765-8925
or called into our office on our toll free line 1-877-765-8947.
All new orders require Visa or Mastercard payment.
If credit card payment is not available the order will be sent COD
cash, money order or bank draft.
All first orders are $150.00 minimum and all subsequent orders will
be $100.00 minimum.
