DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
All damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order, original packing box and damaged goods must be kept for possible return to supplier. All orders will be shipped by Canpar, (we have preferred rates with Canpar) We ship by Canada post only when your location is not serviced by Canpar or if Canada post rates are cheaper. We generally ship within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of your order. ORDERING/PAYMENT INFO

Accepted forms of payment are Visa - Mastercard - COD (Cash, money order, bank draft)
prepayment by cheque (allow clearing time with bank ) unless credit priviledges have been established with Mystical Imports Ltd.
All first time jewelry orders are $150.00 minimum and all first time clothing orders are $300 minimum.
